In Season 7, The Flash will have to say farewell to another stalwart cast member as Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes) moves from Central City to Star City in order to work for A.R.G.U.S.
A goodbye rendition of Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face” was used by Team Flash in episode 12 of the season, which is currently running on The CW website and app. This is the same song that the team used to revive Barry (Grant Gustin) from his coma seven years ago.
Valdes’ character is expected to leave The Flash at the end of the current season, despite appearances in the show’s final episodes.
Who is Cisco?
The Flash’s ally Cisco is also known by the moniker Vibe. The mechanical engineering whiz works at STAR Labs, a research centre that appears in the expanded DC universe. STAR Labs is an acronym for Scientific and Technological Advances Research Laboratories.
Cisco, the lab’s newest scientist, once possessed the ability to roam around the multiverse as a metahuman, or a person with unusual talents. He appears as a prominent character in the popular TV programme.
In an interview Carlos gave to DC in 2014, Carlos said the following about the superhero: “What makes him exceptional is that he’s incredibly passionate about what he does.
“He’s also quite young, and I feel like that characterises him. He has a wide-eyed appearance that causes him to become enthralled by anything unusual that occurs.

A Lot Has Happened to Cisco During the Run of ‘the Flash.’
Regardless of whether he was a superhero or not, Cisco’s comic relief and working-class upbringing truly added to the show’s lively atmosphere. He developed a homemade metahuman cure to enable him to lead a normal life, but the Monitor later gave him back his talents (LaMonica Garrett). Cisco, however, once more lost his abilities after the creation of the new multiverse. That’s a lot of power switching, and Cisco experienced other things during his tenure on The Flash.
As a result of a pandemic-related storyline that was cut short, Cisco temporarily left “The Flash.”
Cisco was unsure of what to do or how to assist when the Earth was practically restarted. Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker), who advised him to take some time off from STAR Labs because she felt there were “more risks than ever,” concurred with his assessment. Nash Wells (Thomas Cavanagh), whom Cisco believed should be in control of Team Flash, was left in charge after Cisco considered this decision to be the proper thing to do.
Many of the show’s viewers were concerned that Cisco was departing The Flash permanently at this point, but showrunner Eric Wallace allayed our fears. Cisco would “be back very fast,” he informed us. He had no idea that the epidemic would end Season 6 early and leave the tale that would have been resolved last year on an even bigger cliffhanger.
Eric agreed that if they were able to have a real season finale, Cisco would have been back in time when TVLine asked him how that would affect the upcoming season of The Flash.
