“When Christmas Was Young is a movie about Nashville music. The screenwriter and best-selling novelist Robert Tate Miller (‘Hope at Christmas,’ ‘Forever Christmas’) wrote the script. Award-winning singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow will be in charge of the movie and write the title song.
“The story is about a stubborn music manager who needs a hit song for his last client. While trying to get the rights to a Christmas song she wrote years ago, he falls in love with a talented singer-songwriter who has given up on her dreams of making it big.
The film will be made by Tom Mazza, David Calvert-Jones, and Karen Glass of Everywhere Studios, along with Shawn Williamson and Jamie Goehring of Lighthouse Pictures.
