If a person follows a migraine diet, then migraines will never happen again. Nowadays, there is a diet for almost every disease. But not all of them are effective and have proper scientific evidence. Experts suggest that eating healthy and avoiding certain types of food that trigger migraines can prevent the triggering. Avoiding triggers can reduce the risk, but it is not a cure.

Supplements can cure migraines. There is no scientific evidence to it, as per the experts. It can help to prevent the triggers but cannot cure migraines. Supplements like vitamin B2, D, and magnesium are an essential addition to migraine treatment. But no one supplement or vitamin has been proven to help prevent or relieve migraine for everyone. Some people get immediate relief, but for others, they do not work.
