How to Do Tiktok the Anger Test?

Angry people, according to cartoons, have steam coming out of their ears and their faces turning purple at the slightest inconvenience.

TikTok has popularised a new method of gauging your level of rage, which isn’t always accurate.

At least according to an IDRLabs quiz she took before the video, the 17-year-old from Latvia was 34.2 percent more likely to get angry than a typical person.

Initiated by Individual Differences Research, the Multidimensional Anger Test is based on the work of UCLA psychologist Dr. Judith M. Siegel.

This quiz asks you to respond to 38 statements and express your level of agreement or disagreement, with phrases like “When I get angry, I calm down faster than most people,” and “People can sometimes bother me simply by being around me.”

Your results are broken down into categories (Anger Arousal, Anger Spectrum, Hostile Outlook, External Anger, Internal Anger), and you’ll also receive a Total Score, which indicates how susceptible you are to rage compared to the average person.

The results of the test reveal the areas in which you have the most difficulty managing your anger.

If you’re having trouble controlling your temper or are easily irritated, this test can serve as a wake-up call to see how your anger affects others.

Commenters questioned the validity of some of Elina’s findings on her original video, which has been viewed over 660,000 times.

It has been said that “all I see is people choosing things on purpose to get the high score,” while another Twitter user said: “Everyone putting “yes” to every question on that multidimensional anger test then posting the results.” “No, thanks but no.”

Be as truthful as possible when taking the test to ensure that your results reflect your actual behavior and mindset.
