A Second Season of Severance Is Already in the Works.

Director Ben Stiller posted the news on Instagram, saying that they will be able to keep up the excitement.

In a statement, Matt Cherniss, who is in charge of the shows on Apple TV Plus, also talked about the renewal. They also said they were excited to go deeper into this completely different universe and reveal more of Lumon’s structures in season 2.

What Can You Expect From Season 2 of Severance?
There are a lot of things to look forward to in Season 2 of Severance. And, hopefully, it will start with cliffhangers being solved. Helena will have to deal with the repercussions of
Helly said that severance was a lie in front of a big group, which included her father. To put Mark in this position as the Innie Mark, Siller said that they are starting to root for him and Helly, but now they also want to root for Outtie Mark to find his wife.
The team will look into this interesting contrast and conflict in the second season. Ben did give some clues about what will happen in the next season when asked.
“Of course, that’s a big question, and it’s important to answer it, because their whole view of the world has changed now that they’ve seen a glimpse of it.
That will be a big part of the beginning of the second season and a big part of what the second season will be about.

What Might Happen in the Second Season?
We don’t know much about Season Two yet, but in an interview with Esquire, Erickson dropped a few hints that make us want to find out more. “The world is definitely going to get bigger,” he said as a hint. “Within Lumon, we’ll see more of the building and more of the outside world.” He then talked about how the whole story was told .
There is a plan for the show as a whole. I know where I want to get to, but I didn’t plan it season by season on purpose because I wanted it to be flexible enough that we could get there in two seasons or six seasons. I want where the show goes to be a surprise to us. You can tell what Lumon is trying to do, what role our main characters will play, and where everything will end up. It’s so exciting to think about taking the next step on that trip.
