Afro’s Laid-Back Camp manga series serves as the basis for the upcoming Japanese animated feature Laid-Back Camp: Movie (Japanese:, Hepburn: Eiga Yurukyan), also known as Yuru Camp: Movie. The film is based on an original tale that utilises manga series characters.
Dena produced and C-Station animated the film. Yoshiaki Kygoku is in charge of the movie, and Jin Tanaka and Mutsumi Ito wrote the story. As adults, Nadeshiko Kagamihara, Rin Shima, Chiaki Gaki, Aoi Inuyama, and Ena Sait band together to construct a campsite in the film.
Producer Shichi Hotta received the idea for the film from FuRyu, and he later proposed it to animation producer Ryoji Maru. Character designers Mutsumi Sasaki, Kygoku, Tanaka, and Ito, who all participated in two seasons of Laid-Back Camp, said in October 2018 that they would return in April 2021 to work on the film.
Yumiri Hanamori, Nao Tyama, Sayuri Hara, Aki Toyosaki, and Rie Takahashi would be reprising their voice roles from the anime TV series, it was announced in October 2021. By the time the film is released, their characters will have matured.
What Will the Laid-back Camp Movie Be About?
The plot of “Laid-Back Camp” is quite simple: it centres on a group of close friends who travel around Japan together and have fun. Everyone, including the protagonists and the audience, enjoys a laid-back time because the story’s plot does not contain a lot of spectacular incidents.
The Outdoor Activities Club takes an important trip to the Izu Peninsula, which is in the country’s south, in the second season of the anime.
The club will spend a total of three nights outside due to the length of the trip. While camping, Rin, who usually prefers to be alone, opens up more to the experience of being with the group, allowing her to develop a stronger relationship with the other females.
Throughout the second season, the history of the girls and, in particular, their families, are explored in greater detail. This subject will probably be covered in more detail in the upcoming movie.
The “Laid-Back Camp” movie’s premise hasn’t yet received an official synopsis or sneak look, although it is anticipated to be a continuation of the Season 2 story in a manner that is very similar.
- Rocket League Season 7: What Are the latest Updates of This Season ?
- All of Us Are Dead Season 2 Release Date: Who is the Director of the Series?
- The Punisher Season 3: What Are the Chances of A Third Season of “the Punisher?”
An extra benefit of the franchise is the fact that the show spends a lot of time on different camping activities and teaches viewers how to perform simple tasks like how to pitch a tent and make a campfire, among other things.
The story is expected to be mellow, straightforward, and enjoyable; it will be a real feel-good tale. For those who enjoy sweet and adorable anime in the style of Studio Ghibli’s movies, the complete “Laid-Back Camp” trilogy is a great pick.
When the much anticipated “Laid-Back Camp” movie finally arrives, it will be like catching up with an old friend, remembering the good times spent together in the past, and hoping for the chance to have some fresh, unforgettable adventures.
