How Many End Credits Are in Morbius? Was the Movie Morbius a Failure?

How Many End Titles Does Morbius Have? If you’re unfamiliar with the Marvel multiverse, please read on. Especially confusing will be the Morbius post-credits scenes. Moreover, they offer suggestions about the future of the Sony-verse.

Before we enter the spoiler zone, though, you may be intrigued about the number of sequences that occur after the credits roll. In actuality, there are two Morbius scenes in the middle of the credits, but none towards the end.

Now, if you have seen the film, we can explain precisely what occurs in those sequences. Even director Daniel Espinosa was consulted, and his reasons are offered in the section that follows.

How Many End Titles Does Morbius Have?

There are two sequences after the credits that include Morbius. One is preceded by a series of stylized opening credits, while the other is preceded by a series of stylized mid-credits.

There is nothing at the end credits, so feel free to go after seeing two separate scenes, while you are welcome to stay and marvel at the names of people who developed Sony’s latest Marvel universe entry.

The Initial Post-Credits Scene of Morbius

Similar to the beginning of Spider-Man: No Way Home, the first post-credits scene of Morbius begins with the sky tearing apart. Michael Keaton’s character Adrian Toomes, often known as Vulture, then appears in a jail cell. He remarks, “I hope the cuisine is better here.” The multiverse looks to have indeed fragmented.

Toomes has no reason to be incarcerated and appeared out of thin air. According to a news report, he is currently awaiting a hearing and will likely be released immediately.

Why the multiverse shifted Toomes from the MCU to the Sony-verse is unknown. It is currently improbable that other persons who knew Peter Parker’s true identity were moved to parallel universes. However, it seems apparent that the Vulture will play a larger role in upcoming Sony Spider-Man films.

Regarding Keaton’s cameo, director Daniel Espinosa told GamesRadar+, “The idea of adding a Marvel Cinematic Universe character into our universe was intended from the start.”

“I was inspired by the animated picture Spider-Verse, which was released before I began production on my own film. And I believe that both we and Kevin Feige originated this concept. I believe that this is the reason why the previous Spider-Man film was made in the manner that it was.”

The Second Morbius End-of-Movie Scene

In the second Morbius post-credits sequence, Toomes confronts Morbius costumed as the Vulture; how he accomplished this in a different universe is unknown. Toomes says that he has been reading about the doctor, and he believes that his strange and sudden entrance into a new universe has something to do with Spider-Man.

Toomes will have no recollection of Peter Parker’s true identity due to the conclusion of Spider-Man: No Way Home, in which Doctor Strange cast a spell causing everyone to forget that Peter Parker is Spider-Man.

Toomes then advises Morbius that they should assemble a group of individuals similar to themselves because “they could do well.” Morbius’s response consists of a single word: “Captivating.”

While “Sinister Six” is never spoken out loud. The structure for bringing this organisation to the big screen is now being developed. Especially because both Vulture and Morbius have been members of the team in Marvel comics.

Tom Hardy’s Venom, who is now back in the Sony-verse after appearing in the MCU during the post-credits sequence of Venom 2, and Aaron Taylor-Kraven Johnson’s the Hunter are other likely candidates for Sony’s version of the squad.

When asked about Sinister Six, Espinosa recalls reading the Secret Wars comic book when he was 12 years old. In the story, all the superheroes and supervillains were forced to fight on the same planet.

This worry with developing new groups and relationships that can compete with old ones has always been in Marvel. I believe all Marvel fans would die to see the Sony-verse characters merge.”

Who are the surviving Sinister Six members? Lizard, Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Electro, and Sandman. All characters from No Way Home have returned to their own universes. Those starring Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man can be safely ignored.

Unless one of these universes turns out to be in the same universe as Venom or Mobius. These universes do not share the same universe as Venom or Mobius. We still do not know which Spider-Man exists in this Sony-universe; nothing is certain.
