Elite Season 6 Trailer: The Las Encinas Students Are Out for Payback

The Elite season six trailer, which Netflix released on Nov. 2, leaves the students of Las Encinas with this question. After the season five finale proved that Samuel (Itzan Escamilla) had died, his friends aren’t going to take anything else lying down.

Isadora (Valentina Zenere), talking about her sexual assault in Season 5, says, “All I wanted was justice.” “But I couldn’t have it.”

The trailer then shows that Isadora and her friends have lost faith in the police and would rather get back at the people who hurt them themselves.

“We could do something,” says newcomer Roco (Ana Bokesa). “It could be too gross.”

But that’s not the only thing teenagers have to deal with. Ari (Carla Daz) tells Nico (Ander Puig), a new student, that she loves him, but she also tells him, “The last time I loved someone as much as I love you, I messed up big time.”

She is talking about her late boyfriend Samuel, who was killed by her father (Diego Martn). Patrick (Manu Rios) and Iván (André Lamoglia), who just came out of the closet, seem to be going strong, but this may not last long.

In one shot, a heckler throws something at them while they are at a game for Iván’s dad, who is a professional soccer player. In another shot, the trailer shows what could be a fatal car accident for Iván and his dad.

The summary of the season says that all of these problems aren’t one-offs either.

“With the start of a new school year, Las Encinas is trying to start over after the death of another student,” it says. “

But this season has a political tone, as systemic problems like racism, sexism, domestic violence, and LGTBI-phobia will be talked about in the halls of the prestigious institution.

New people join the fight against the messed-up system. If the people in charge of the system don’t do anything about these problems, the students will have to.”

The sixth season of Elite will start on Netflix on November 18.
