Blown Away Season 3 Release Date: Renewal Status & Cancellation in 2022!

Blown Away Season 3

Blown Away is a Canadian reality television series that combines elements of reality and competition. It’s identical to The Great British Bake Off or Project Runway. The show’s contestants manipulate melted glass in order to shape it into a variety of unique and perfect objects. Ron Carroll and Amy Hosking co-wrote it. The series is divided into two seasons of ten episodes each. Each episode lasts approximately 20 to 25 minutes on average. The show is produced by Marblemedia, which also distributes it.

Release Date for Blown Away Season 3

Season 1 premiered on February 20, 2019, and concluded on April 24, 2019. Season 2 premiered on January 22, 2021. It premiered on Makeful, a Canadian channel, and later on Netflix. It received an IMDb rating of eight out of ten and a perfect score of one hundred percent on Rotten Tomatoes. Around 82 percent of viewers enjoy the show.

Following the success of its first two seasons, fans are anticipating the show’s third season. However, because Netflix has not announced the release date of its upcoming season, we can only speculate on the dates. According to reports and COVID situations, the next season will begin in 2022. We’ll have to wait until Season 3 until then.

The show is hosted by Nick Uhas, a former Big Brother USA contestant and science YouTuber. Katherine Gray, the show’s featured artist, is an associate professor of art at California State University. The show’s winner will receive a $60,000 cash prize and a chance to stay at the Corning Museum of Glass. The first season was shot in a Hamilton, Ontario warehouse.

The show is similar to any other competition show in that ten people compete to be named the winner. However, what makes this show interesting and unique is that it focuses on glassblowing, a physically demanding and tactful skill that the majority of people have probably never witnessed. The competitors mold the melted glass into a variety of sculptures, vases, and perfume bottles. The high-temperature furnace-like environment is simply mesmerizing.

We can see that numerous tools and items are required for this work. Though it is a reality and competition show, it gives us an idea of how glass is made and how workers and experts shape the melted glass into incredible-looking objects that will break in less than a minute.

All of the contestants are extremely talented, one-of-a-kind, and exhibit grace in their work, but this is a reality show, and there can only be one winner. All of the judges are excellent as well, as they are not harsh or rude and mentor each contestant equally. They applaud them and commend their work.
