Ahsoka Tano is getting her own show on Disney+ as the Star Wars world continues to grow.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens was announced after the character’s live-action premiere in The Mandalorian season two. During the animated series Clone Wars, she became a fan favourite.

Anakin Skywalker, the former Jedi Padawan’s former tutor, is expected to have a role in the new tale.

How Soon Might We Expect to See Ahsoka?

It was announced in October that manufacturing of Ahsoka would commence in early 2022.

Due to the necessity for CGI and special effects in post-production, the new series won’t be out until at least late 2022.

Who Else Is Will Be Joining Rosario Dawson in the Ahsoka Cast?

Ahsoka will have to face her “hardened” version of herself following the personal tragedy in this new series, which Rosario Dawson will lead.

Asked by Vanity Fair what it’s like to take on such a massive role, Dawson said: “Love that she’s this wandering, good-for-the-universe figure. Because it is so fragmented and so many individuals are being attacked, the Jedi Order has almost vanished.”

Since the beginning, she’s been drawn to be attentive, bold, and intelligent, and to constantly keep an eye out for evil to root out. “

She went on to say: “Moreover, I believe this is one of the reasons why so many people fall in love with her. The reason I’m so in love with her is because of this. You have to admit, she is a shining example of what the Jedi can be.”

Anakin Skywalker — the man who would become Darth Vader – will be played by Hayden Christensen, who has been confirmed to feature in the programme.

Because the programme takes place after the death of Darth Vader, it’s likely that Anakin will make an appearance via flashbacks. After all, he was Ahsoka’s initial Jedi instructor before she turned against him and became a rebel.

Natasha Liu Bordizzo, best known for her role as Sabine Wren in The Society, is also joining the cast. Sabine, a young Mandalorian and former Imperial Academy dropout have a strong background in firearms and explosives.

Ivanna Sakhno, an up-and-coming actress, has been hired in an unspecified part in Pacific Rim.

Rahul Kohli, who played Ezra Bridger in The Haunting of Bly Manor, has responded to speculation that he may portray the character in the next film. He admitted to Inverse that he had been teasing supporters after a mysterious message went viral on social media.

That didn’t stop Kohli from inquiring about the possibility of portraying Ezra and telling the website: “A casting call for an Asian actor in their late twenties or early thirties searching for a live-action Ezra was rumoured.

“In the morning, I had just finished watching a few minutes of Rebels. I was on my way to the gym and decided to tweet a sarcastic message.”

Filoni had been mulling over the storey for Ahsoka for a long time, and he was eager to finally put it on paper.

Filoni told Empire, “It’s exhilarating, I’ve got to tell you” (via StarWars.Net). “I can see myself doing this for a long time to come. Then, while you’re sitting there, it hits you like a tonne of bricks: you have to really do it. It’s fascinating to watch how this journey for Ahsoka has progressed over time.

“As far back as a few years ago, I couldn’t have guessed that it had anything to do with Din Djarin or a Yoda-like kid. For me, it’s a perfect example of how having other creatives like Jon Favreau on board can enhance your work by adding nuance and nuance.”

Star Wars execs have stated that the storey would take place “inside the timeframe of The Mandalorian,” but not much more is known about Ahsoka or the narrative.

She’s a “master” because she’s “essentially an independent,” according to Filoni in an interview with Vanity Fair. “What she truly is is a wandering Samurai persona. I’ve always compared her to Gandalf, the one who knows the world and can guide others through it, and I think she’s already there. That’s where I believe she’s at now.”

We first encountered her as a young, naive, arrogant, and aggressive padawan. It is in Rebels that she begins to take on the role of a knight, as she learns how to wage battle.

“When it comes to what she wants to be, who she can become, or how her life has progressed, she is unsure. That’s what I’ve done now, I believe. In this version of the character, she’s worn out by everything that she’s been through and all that she’s seen. She’s been through so much.”

“She’s been through a lot. She was forced to leave the Order and has only just begun to find her path, “Dawson was on board.

An impoverished community controlled by dictatorial Magistrate Morgan Elsbeth received rescue from Tano when she first arrived in The Mandalorian: ‘Chapter 13: The Jedi’ (Diana Lee Inosanto). Because of her Imperial ties – having helped to construct the Imperial Navy – Elsbeth had knowledge of Grand Admiral Thrawn’s location. By insisting on Elisabeth telling the Jedi where her “master” was, Ahsoka exposed her true intentions.

What happened to Thrawn and Ezra Bridger after the cliffhanger finale of Star Wars Rebels? Filmmaker Dave Filoni has stated that Tano and Sabine Wren are still alive, and at the conclusion of Rebels, they set out to locate their comrade and takedown Thrawn.

The notion of a live-action Rebels sequel has been discussed previously. However, Filoni even alluded to the show’s ending in his defence. Filoni reaffirmed this in an interview with Entertainment Weekly: “There’s no better way to send out two of my favourite characters than to have them ride off into the sunset, as I’ve seen so many cowboys or Indiana Jones do over the years… The narrative continues as one thing finishes and another starts. Quite the tale.
